finally finished reading SBR guys i don't think i'm ever recovering from gyjo. in fact it's so bad i've read most of the gyjo fanfics on ao3 (there's also the fact that the quote in the top right corner is from a fanfic so mind you it's not mine). also this drawing was just a pain in the ass because i'd look at it and just feel sick, i can't get over them and it has gotten to a point where they're all i draw, all i think about, every song i listen to is somehow about them and i even made a ship analysis slideshow about them. i'm not getting over them, not in this lifetime. just thinking about how canonically, orym thinks that dorian doesn't reciprocate romantic feelings towards him and is really shy about his love for dorian. even though: -exu: prime, dorian was practically crushing hard on orym and was very distraught in their first argument (about the circlet)), not to mention dorian was usually always checking up on orym and on orym's side when nobody else was/didn't want to hear him out. and offered HIMSELF to join orym and fearne with traveling. -in the early eps of c3 dorian was nonstop thinking about orym and constantly checking in on him whenever he could, healing and comforting, and making sure that everyone respected orym as a 'leader'. i mean bro was actually calling himself a coward sometimes when he couldn't get to orym/help orym in those fights. dorian was PLAYED AS TUNNEL VISIONED FOR ORYM. (quite frankly, still is) AND was said to have 'ran away from something important to him'. the sending stone message back??? the tone robbie decided to have??? -recent c3 eps when he was on orym's side during the laudna ordeal, and even asked ORYM what HE wanted to do/if laudna could be trusted. staring ''deeply'' into orym's eyes when he put him down from the reunion hug. literally told orym to his face during the rain scene outside the tavern that "i've thought about you every step of the way." -- telling orym EVERYTHING he needed to hear; about not being everyone's protector, and that he wasn't leaving/going anywhere, that he HAS SOMEONE to lean on too. constantly was healing and [or at least trying to]saving orym... and only silently loathed when credit went to ashton instead. bought orym an expensive armor because idk he thought orym's eyes were cute, not to mention thinking about how his opinion on the gods correlated to orym's story as-well (meaning he was still thinking of orym and orym's opinion during that) as we got from the cooldown of ep102... and THEN WHEN THIS NEW ARGUMENT HAPPENED IN e103??? he said,,, absolutely nothing back. because he doesn't like conflict,, yes, but he especially doesn't like conflict with orym. yeah no its totally one-sided guys.

Atsushi being very very confused about casual affection. It's got me in a chokehold, like y'all don't understand.

Atsushi doesn't understand why Kunikida pats him on the shoulder when he does his report to the best of his ability. Atsushi doesn't understand why Dazai pats his head and sometimes plays with his hair (mostly when he's bored and avoiding Kunikida). Atsushi doesn't understand why Kyouka leans against him sometimes when they're at the apartment. Atsushi doesn't understand why Kenji just HUGS him out of the blue. Atsushi doesn't understand why the Tanizakis bump against him while they walk from place to place. Atsushi doesn't understand (kinda) why Ranpo insists on holding hands when they go to a crime scene. Atsushi doesn't understand why Yosano squeezes his shoulder. Atsushi doesn't understand why President Fukuzawa gives him food and pats his hand.

Atsushi doesn't understand these things, he doesn't understand. His skin gets prickly and his breath sometimes gets quick because of all the skinship, but he likes it, but he doesn't, but he does–

jack usually swears around les whether on purpose or not, and david has to cover his mouth the whole time he’s rambling, and the only way jack thought of to get david’s hand off is to lick it (based on a canon event i had). after that, david wiped it aggressively on his pants and covered les’s ears instead.

david was never a touchy person before he met jack, he didn’t HATE it, but he just kept his hands to himself unless he was with les because he’d go to god knows where. jack was probably the most touchy person he met, but he didn’t mind. he’d eventually grow to reciprocate it in small gestures like holding hands, an arm on the shoulder, or pinky holding, stuff like that.

jack would sometimes sleepover at the jacobs’s house after being thoroughly convinced and him and david use that as an excuse to sleep in the same bed.

when they argue, they’re like an old married couple and all of it gets resolved with a cheesy rom-com-esque shenanigan that jack came up with after thinking hard enough. in return, david would passive-aggressively forgive him but end up laughing right after.

jack’s love language is physical touch while david’s is quality time.

on each other’s birthday, they always make something sentimental despite the fact that none of them are. david makes a poem or gifts him a new bandana his mom made for jack and jack gives him a glorified stick figure (since in this version he’s not artist jack, he’s yeehaw jack), and takes him for a walk around the city, ending with him dropping david off at the jacobs’s apartment and staying over for dinner.

after david graduated college and managed to find a job (as an english professor probably??) , he settled down with jack in santa fe, often being accompanied by their (mostly jack’s) horse beside their house.
